Responsibilities
• Contact potential prospects over phone, email and linkedIn
• Ask the right questions to understand customer challenges.
• Fixing appointments through cold/warm calling. Drive conversations with prospects that are relevant to their challenges and position how you can show ways to solve them.
• Maintaining customer records by updating account information on a periodic basis.
• Communicating courteously with prospects over the phone or other channels.
• Keep records of calls, conversations and capture information for the next follow up
• You will be a multi-tasker who can manage campaigns for multiple clients and cater to their needs
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets
• Maintain a daily log and reports
• Working on LinkedIn Outreach and Email Marketing Campaigns
Requirements
• You should be a passionate and aggressive salesperson.
• Understanding of various industries and relate to how technology can solve problems for them
• Ability to learn quickly about client's services, solutions and products, and describe/explain them to prospects in a consultative manner
• Aware about working on LinkedIn and Emails for approaching different potential prospects
• Bachelor's Degree, diploma or equivalent.
• Sales/telemarketing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
