Client Associate
Job Description
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and promote offerings.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their needs and maintain customer data.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and events.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any concerns clients may have.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
