Job Description


You will be part of the APAC Client Asset Protection (CAP) Governance team based in Pune office. Your team is responsible for the oversight of the production processes for the CAP team, ensuring appropriate critical issues are made and improvements in execution are implemented. Your team is responsible for driving the monthly governance forums, data analytics & reporting, and review of client asset related incidents including remediation. In partnership with the Business, Line Operations teams, Compliance and Risk teams, your main responsibilities include the following: . Oversee the APAC Client Asset Production processes within the team as well as the key metrics (i.e. KPIs, KRIs) for Client Asset across the Line Operations teams to ensure that key risks are identified, promptly raised, and properly remediated . Drive the monthly Front-to-Back governance forums and maintain strong partnership with partners including the Business heads, Operations country managers, Line operations management, Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit . Ensure compliance with client asset regulations across APAC jurisdictions and Bank\' internal policies . Face-off with external parties or regulatory bodies in demonstrating compliance with the client asset regulations . Act as General Ledger Account Owner responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the client asset balances across APAC entities . Perform data analytics and generate reports to identify risk indicators, themes, and trends . Ensure processes, controls and documentations are current and complete . Ensure business continuity plans are properly documented, tested and updated regularly . Support internal and external audits, reviews and exams . Support delivery for change programs and initiatives . Be responsible as data provider for accurate, complete, and timely reports to downstream users for regulatory obligations and report submissions . Act as a business application owner of the Client Asset Tool and manage the system access rights review and approvals . Collaborate with the APAC Client Asset Change and Control team based in Singapore to: (a) drive the change program and development of the Client Asset Tool and related infrastructure (b) support the implementation of the Client Asset Risk and Control Framework.
