Client Acquisition for US & UK IT Recruitment:
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients in the US and UK markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements for IT staffing and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements to meet mutual business goals.
Client Acquisition for IT Projects:
• Generate leads for IT project outsourcing and development services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose tailored IT solutions.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build trust by showcasing expertise in IT project delivery and management.
Domestic Project Acquisition:
• Identify and approach companies requiring IT recruitment and project services within the domestic market.
• Network with industry professionals and leverage contacts for business opportunities.
• Stay updated on local market trends and competition.
Relationship Management:
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
• Provide post-acquisition support to ensure client satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategy Development:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand client base.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting & KPIs:
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and progress.
• Achieve and exceed set sales and revenue targets.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on acquisition activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client acquisition for IT recruitment, IT services, or similar domains.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Skills:
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and IT project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with diverse clients and adapt to different cultures (US, UK, and domestic markets).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred:
• Knowledge of visa/work permit processes for US and UK markets.
• Existing network in the IT industry.
