Office Location: i3Synergist, D-199, 6th floor, Phase 8B, Industrial Area, Mohali 160055 (Near Medpark Hospital)

Ideal candidate must have following:

• Deep understanding of all RCM processes.
• Ability to interact with US Clients.
• Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasing and professional demeanor.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned clients. Develop SOPs and conduct internal training as required.
• Ensure client retention by providing efficient pro-active, timely, accurate services and fast resolutions for any escalations.
• Reviewing and auditing each assigned account on a regular basis. Identifying any issues with the existing billing methods and providing resolution.
• Publishing regular analytics reports on client accounts and holding regular bi-weekly/monthly meetings with clients.
• Work with cross-functional teams (RCM Ops, Finance).
• Willing to work hands-on medical billing tasks such as charge entry, payment posting, AR, patient calls etc. as per business requirements.
• Require regular bi-weekly/monthly reporting of relevant metrics for management and client review.

Required Candidate profile:

• Must have at least 5+ yrs. experience in RCM client account management for physician billing.
• Must be extremely pro-active and research oriented.
• Must have excellent work ethics and handle client and patient information with full confidentiality.
• Must have knowledge of various medical billing EHRs and PMs.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 office applications like Teams, Outlook, CRM, Excel, PPT, OneDrive etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
