We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with over 5 years of experience to manage and enhance our team to improve, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing footprint & campaigns across all digital channels.Our B2C promotions aggregator Mobile App ClicFlyer has over a million active users in the GCC.We are looking for a Dynamic leader with experience in building a large App user base to spearhead ClicFlyer accelerated user acquisition plans in in our existing markets and new markets across the world.Key responsibilities include:- Develop, implement, and manage user acquisition strategies to drive growth and meet business goals.- Responsibility for all our Digital platforms - Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content, product, design, and analytics, to optimize user acquisition campaigns and improve conversion rates.- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to maximize our Advertising ROI.- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Key Requirements:- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field- Proven working experience in digital marketing, scaling a mobile application/business through aggressive Digital marketing.- Demonstrable experience leading and managing the acquisition, engagement & retention teams including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and retain users.- Thorough knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)- Detailed knowledge of ad serving tools across multiple platforms. Experience in setting up and optimizing Adwords campaigns- Strong command of English and content writing skills- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement (ref:updazz.com)
