- 4-5 years experience in coordinating sales activities for ClicFlyer application (brand owned by Bodmas Technologies). - The right candidate should have prior experience account management of MNC clients. Candidate will be required to perform account management activities as listed below: Role Description : - Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling - Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers - Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts - Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion Key Responsibilities : - Ensuring regular communication with existing clients, answer customer queries and service issue resolution - Identifying new sales opportunities with existing customers - Maintaining and updating existing customer records - Contract renewals Since ClicFlyer\'s client base is overseas, there will be no field work and candidate will be required conduct all communication over phone, emails and other VC platforms such as Teams or Zoom etc. Key skills : - Excellent communication skills with both fluency in spoken English as well as written communication - Good working knowledge of excel and power point- Experience in using CRM tool is preferred - People skills; pleasing personality and flair for dealing with people are important factors in establishing a strong bond with customers - Prior job experience in a similar capacity is a must- Knowledge or experience of the middle east a plus (ref:updazz.com)
