*Role Description*
Ashika Group is looking for a talented Clevertap Expert to join our dynamic product marketing team. This full-time position will focus on leveraging Clevertap to optimize customer engagement strategies and enhance activation and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with our marketing team to analyze user behavior, implement effective campaigns, and ultimately drive revenue growth. This is an on-site role based in Kolkata and Mumbai.*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in developing and executing customer activation and retention strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer retention principles and practices.
- Familiarity with customer journeys, including pre-purchase and post-purchase processes such as cart abandonment, checkout processes, reorders, and replenishments via channels like Email, APN, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Extensive hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, with a strong emphasis on Clevertap.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of making informed decisions based on user data and metrics.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce, stock broking, or the BFSI sector.If you\'re passionate about enhancing customer experiences through innovative marketing strategies and have a strong background in Clevertap, we want to hear from you!
