• Support the sales team in identifying and acquiring new customers
• Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs and preferences
• Assist in maintaining existing customer relationships through effective communication
• Find potential customers through internet research, databases, and social media platforms
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and schedule meetings
• Conduct market surveys through phone, email, or online platforms to gather feedback and insights
• Update customer information and data in our CRM system
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and market research data
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
