•In this role, you will aid policyholders, claimants, insured's policy beneficiaries, health care providers, family members, employers, and sales agents (if they are with the policyholder) on but not limited to claim status, filing instructions, policy benefits, payment questions, form receipt, status, form requests, research requests, complaints, and escalations.•
•Responsibilities•
• •Simple/Guided free flowing conversation calls•
• •Work cohesively within Compliance role, Supervisors and Operations Managers•
• •Assist customers on claim status•
• •Relay claim filing instructions to customers•
• •Articulate policy benefits•
• •Respond to payment questions•
• •Confirm claim form receipt, status, form requests, research requests, complaints, and escalations•
•Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications•
• •iSpeak of 7.5 (Language assessment)•
• •Written assessment (Paper written or Hackerank) of at least 65%•
• •Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Outlook, SharePoint and PDF)•
• •Should possess good oral and written communication skills•
