Position : Claims Associate Location : Hyderabad Reporting to: Associate Manager - Operations Salary: 2.5LPA Overview :
As a Claims Associate in the Operations Department, your role involves ensuring accurate processing of OPD Insurance claims, auditing to eliminate mistakes, and prioritizing internal team requests. You'll also collaborate with insurers on claim decisions, communicate effectively with customers, and maintain proper documentation in compliance with regulations. Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate from BAMS/BDS/BHMS or similar streams
Passing Year: 2022, 2023 and 2024
Joining Month: August 2024 Responsibilities •: Handling OPD Insurance claims adjudication process with 100% accuracy.
• Auditing the process to eradicate errors.
• Handling Ad-hoc requests from internal teams and close them on priority.
• Coordinate with the Insurer on Inclusions/exclusions, and rejection/approval of claims.
• Effective communication with customers, handling customer queries and communications to customer.
• Documentation of reports and invoices as per the regulations.
