Job Description

Candidate Skill Required:

To have sound knowledge about the Insurance claims and claims documentation. Maintains expertise in the industry practices, and specific organizational factors of quality assurance & claims audit end-to-end i.e., Closed File Review (CFR) & Open File Review (OFR).

To provide suitable suggestions for the improvement in the process based on the CFR/OFR findings. To make recommendations proactively for the best ways for a company to avoid risk, fraud & adhere to the processes.

To collaborate with the cross functional team to identify opportunities for process improvement. To Ensure the claims process to adhere to compliance standards and company policies

The candidate would be auditing provider billing issues, including provider/vendor communication in writing. The candidate to prepare, maintain & publish the comprehensive reports on audits been done to the relevant stake holders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Auditor or similar role in Insurance or allied industry.

Strong understanding of Insurance Claims.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively and provide constructive feedback.

Familiarity with the quality monitoring tools Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
