Hi We are looking for a Sr. Claim Processor & Quality Analyst for one of our US-based client for their offshore office in Chennai. Job type: ONSITE, NIGHT SHIFT Position : Claim Adjudication Executive : Do quality check on the claims processed by Analysts/TraineesTrack the errors and provide feedback to the erring Analysts/traineesEnsure process guidelines are followed and met as documented. Raise process related issues / concerns on time with process and team leads. Stay updated with the process knowledge / changes refer to knowledge updates/ repositories to effectively process transactions. Resolve process related queries and expedite on data requests Flexibility with shift according to client need is mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 250,000.00 - 350,000.00 per year Benefits:
