Job Summary:

The Sun School is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Works Incharge to oversee and manage all construction-related activities for our ongoing building project. The candidate will ensure that the construction adheres to the highest quality standards, is completed within the set timeline, and meets the school's budgetary and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality control and timely execution of civil works.
• Coordinate with architects, and school management to ensure alignment of project goals.
• Vendor management : Oversee procurement and usage of materials, ensuring cost-efficiency and proper documentation. Vendor management.
• Resolve any issues related to construction work, including design changes, material availability, and labor management.
• Ensure all civil works are carried out in line with environmental, health, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in civil construction or site management.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, building regulations, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans and blueprints.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on institutional or school building projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
