Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Trainer to join our team. The Civil Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of civil engineering professionals. This role requires expertise in civil engineering principles, project management, and training methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training programs for civil engineering professionals, covering topics such as structural analysis, construction management, and infrastructure design.
• Design instructional materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources, to support training objectives.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through lectures, workshops, and hands-on activities.
• Assess the learning needs of participants and adapt training content and delivery methods accordingly.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to facilitate skill development and knowledge retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in civil engineering to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to continuously improve training programs and materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and participant feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, participant performance, and program evaluations.
• Stay abreast of developments in adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Proficiency in instructional design principles and e-learning technologies is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for training sessions or professional development opportunities.

MUST KNOW SOFTWARES:

• AutoCAD
• 3dsmax
• Revit
• Staad Pro

The candidate must know at least three out of the four software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
