Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Civil Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will train students in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Tekla, Staad Pro, etc. During non-teaching hours, they should also be engaged in design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on civil engineering software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Tekla, Staad Pro, and others as required. Provide both theoretical and practical knowledge to students in a structured manner. Create course materials, assignments, and project work for students to enhance learning outcomes. Mentor and assist students with projects, problem-solving, and career guidance. Work on civil design projects for our clients during non-teaching hours. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and software to provide relevant training. Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Expertise in civil design software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Tekla, Staad Pro, etc. Prior teaching or training experience preferred, but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply. Ability to manage design projects alongside teaching responsibilities. A passion for education and mentoring students.
