Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training & Mentorship:

Conduct training on design software (Architecture: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up, etc. and Structure : AutoCAD, Tekla, Staad pro, etc.,) for Civil design.

Mentor students in practical, hands-on projects, guiding them through modeling, analysis, and detailing.

Real-Time Project Work:

Lead real-time with a team, involving students in all phases--from concept to execution.

Collaborate with team members on client-based consultancy projects, providing students exposure to industry practices.

Course Development:

Design and update course content and training materials to reflect current industry standards and trends.

Develop interactive content for webinars, and hands-on sessions.

Research & Collaboration:

Stay updated with the latest advancements in design and engineering technologies to enhance training programs.

Work with industry experts to organize guest lectures, seminars, and collaborative projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Day shift

Candidates must be within a 25-mile radius.
Work Location: In person
