Position Title: Civil Software Trainer - BIM

Location: Anna Nagar

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil)

Experience: 1 to 6 Years (Freshers can also apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

• Conduct hands-on training sessions on various civil engineering software, including AutoCAD and BIM.
• Provide both classroom and online training sessions based on the specific needs of the trainees and the software.
• Deliver customized training programs for different levels of proficiency, from beginners to advanced users.

Curriculum Development:

• Design, develop, and update comprehensive training materials (manuals, presentations, videos) to help users learn the software efficiently.
• Create practical exercises and projects for trainees to work on during training sessions.
• Ensure that the training content is in line with industry best practices, and software updates, and meets the companys objectives.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide real-time support and guidance to trainees on software usage and troubleshooting.
• Assist users with software-related problems and offer solutions, helping to enhance their learning experience.

Assessment & Evaluation:

• Assess trainee performance through tests, exercises, and project work to gauge their understanding and proficiency with the software.
• Provide feedback and guidance on areas of improvement.

Continuous Learning and Development:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in civil engineering software and tools.
• Integrate new features, techniques, and updates into the training programs as per industry trends.

Collaborate and Coordinate:

• Work with project teams and engineering managers to identify software training needs for employees.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop training schedules, provide reports on training progress, and track trainee outcomes.
