Position: Civil Supervisor

Qualifications: Candidates should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a B.Tech in Civil Engineering. A solid educational background is essential for understanding and managing construction projects effectively.

Experience: Applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry. This experience should include hands-on project management and on-site supervision.

Job Responsibilities: As a Civil Supervisor at Ayush Prana , your main duties will include:

Supervision: Overseeing construction projects to ensure they adhere to building codes and regulations. Management: The civil supervisor's duty includes checking quotations and selecting the most appropriate one. Managing daily on-site activities, coordinating workers, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Project Completion: Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Inspections: Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, while keeping detailed project records. Collaboration: Working closely with architects, engineers, and other specialists to facilitate project completion. Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues or delays that arise during construction. Safety: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring a safe work environment for all on-site personnel Facilities of the hospital premises should be maintained as instructions from GM or MD.
