The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and proven experience in managing construction sites.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.Site Supervision:Oversee daily site operations and activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.Quality Control:Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to standards.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in construction.Resource Management:Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project efficiency.
Monitor and manage material usage and inventory.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and logs.
Report project progress, issues, and resolutions to senior management.Stakeholder Coordination:Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
Address and resolve any client concerns or requests.Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.Physical Requirements:Ability to work on construction sites, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
