Website: https://miraclepaints.com MCPL is looking for a Site Supervisor (Painter) The job description is as below: o Supervise a team of painters, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed. o Coordinate with project managers and other supervisors to schedule painting activities in alignment with project timelines. o Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. o Train new painters on proper painting techniques and safety protocols. o Order and maintain painting supplies and equipment inventory. o Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. o Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to painting team members. o Collaborate with other construction trades to ensure seamless coordination of work activities. QUALIFICATIONS o Proven experience as a painter in the construction industry, with at least [0-2] years of experience. o Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred. o Thorough knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools. o Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to painting and construction. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
