Civil Supervisor
Job Description
A civil supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Some of their responsibilities include:
• Managing construction teams : Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews, contractors, foremen, and laborers
• Ensuring compliance: Ensuring that work complies with project specifications and regulations
• Maintaining equipment: Maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment
• Resolving disputes: Resolving contract disputes
• Ordering materials: Arranging changes to material orders
• Interpreting drawings: Interpreting structural drawings
• Maintaining relationships: Maintaining good relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress
• Working in all weather conditions: Working in all weather conditions and wearing safety equipment
Civil supervisors should have good team management and decision making skills, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. They should also be able to stay updated on the latest industry trends, software, and changes in laws

Pay: ?15,930.07 - ?25,709.32 per month
