• Minimum 6+ years of professional Experience (Relevant Experience)A
• Project management for complex, exciting and innovative building construction projects in Concept/ Basic and Detail Design phasesA
• Development of sophisticated solutions from concept development to detail for a wide variety of building typologiesA
• Management of the project team with responsibility for the content and business of the projectA
• Central point of contact for clients, user representatives and the design teamA
• Precise, binding and result-oriented communication with clients as well as internal and external stakeholdersA
• Experience from High Tech Industry is Preferred (Semiconductor, Pharma , Lifesciences , Data Center , Battery / Automotive Production ) ProfileA
• Degree in ArchitectureA
• At least 6 years of professional experience in design and implementation planningA
• Experience in using Autodesk Revit is an advantageA
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken EnglishA
• High architectural design standards and technical competenceA
• Assertiveness paired with entrepreneurial thinking and actingA
• Social skills and enjoyment of independent work
