We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to join our organization!!

Job Overview:

As a Civil Site Supervisor you will oversee and manage daily construction site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is suitable for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about civil engineering and site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including daily reports, work schedules, and safety documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety on-site.
• Assist in the procurement and management of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and proper utilization.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
