The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction methods, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Civil Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing subcontractors, coordinating with engineers and architects, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:1. Supervise daily construction activities on-site, including earthwork, concrete pouring, structural assembly, and finishing work.2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.3. Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.4. A meticulously crafted and abstract sheet for contractors\' works measurements on-site, coupled with thorough labor bill verification, ensures quality assurance and financial accuracy in project management.5. Also work on landscaping on the site6. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with project specifications.7. Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, including changes in scope, unexpected delays, or resource constraints.8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material quantities.9. Train and mentor site personnel, providing guidance on construction techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.10. Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and minimizing waste.Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.2. Minimum 2-3 year of experience in this field3. Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.4. Thorough understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of workers.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel.7.
