Job Description

: To supervise the execution of civil operations for power distribution projects, with an emphasis on EHV substations up to 400 kV, we are looking for a conscientious and experienced Civil Supervisor. Strong management of contract labor, assurance of quality control, and upholding of safety requirements at work sites are characteristics of the perfect applicant.

Accountabilities:

Labor Management: Oversee contract labor on the job site and assign tasks on a regular basis based on the workers' expertise in civic duties.
Quality Control: Make sure tasks are completed in accordance with structural and civil drawings by performing routine quality checks on civil works.
Documentation: Make sure the work measurement is updated every day in the measuring book.
Material Management: Reconcile materials on a daily basis, including returns and difficulties, with labor contractors.
Reporting: Communicate with others on a daily basis and submit work reports.to both end users and elders.
Billing: Create running invoices using the approved and actual measurement sheets as a guide.
Drawing Management: Recognize shop floor drawings, make sure work is done in accordance with authorized drawings, and update as-built drawings accordingly.
Coordination: Make regular arrangements with the site's other agencies, including the HVAC, FA, and Civil departments.
Checklist Management: Continually update work permits and checklists at the location for the appropriate tasks.
Compliance: Verify that all work is completed in accordance with the tender specifications, drawings, and SOP.
Skills and Requirements:
