Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work progresses as per project schedule and specifications.

Quality Control: Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with design, standards, and safety regulations.

Team Management: Supervise laborers, subcontractors, and junior engineers, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to maintain a hazard-free work environment.

Coordination & Reporting: Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients; prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

Material & Resource Management: Ensure optimal utilization of materials and equipment, minimizing wastage and delays.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve on-site challenges, including technical issues and workforce management.

Survey & Layout Execution: Interpret construction drawings and execute work as per approved plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
