• Supervise daily construction activities.
• RCC, masonry, and plaster work procedures and site supervision.
• Support foremen and subcontractors in their tasks, ensuring work progresses as scheduled.
• Aid in organizing and motivating laborers to maintain productivity and safety standards.
• Assist in inspecting RCC pours for formwork integrity and concrete quality.
• Check masonry for alignment and leveling, and assist in plastering inspections.
• All site inspections are to be performed using digiQC app and checklists are available on it.
• Assist in maintaining construction schedules for RCC casting, masonry laying, and plastering.
• Raise material and manpower requirements using requisitions to ensure timely delivery of materials and manpower.
• Follow and promote safety protocols specific to RCC operations, masonry handling, and plaster application.
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Help in maintaining records of daily activities, including progress reports and work logs.
• Assist in documenting quality inspections and material deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Support in site clearance, excavation supervision, and material storage organization.
• Study and implement RCC drawings for basic tasks like foundation layout and reinforcement checks.
• Understand masonry plans for basic wall construction and assist in plastering preparations.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining RCC equipment and tools, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
• Learn basic scaffold inspection and setup for masonry and plastering activities.
• Assist in communicating site progress and issues to senior supervisors and team members.
• Coordinate basic instructions with subcontractors and suppliers regarding materials and deliveries.
• Identify and report basic issues related to RCC, masonry, and plastering to senior supervisors.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions under guidance.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of RCC construction methods, masonry practices, and plaster application techniques.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from Project Manager.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a team environment on construction sites.
• Awareness of safety regulations and willingness to adhere to safety protocols.
• Basic organizational skills to assist in maintaining schedules and documentation.
• Must have knowledge of Excel and word on computer as well as familiar with google email and Drive.

Site Timing

• 8.30 am report to site
• Evening as per site situation
• half day weekly off as per site situations and PM approval
• 4 days leave every 3 months to visit home

Note - Nothing to be paid over and above CTC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
