Position: Site Engineer
Location: Panvel, Mumbai
Experience: 2-3 years
Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering
Industry: Construction (High-Rise RCC Buildings)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute construction works for RCC buildings (high rises) from start to finish, ensuring
quality and adherence to timelines.
2. Demonstrate good knowledge of bar bending schedules and shuttering techniques for
efficient construction processes.
3. Plan activities in advance to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
4. Optimize the use and management of resources, including manpower, materials, and
equipment.
5. Liaise with contracts, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project specifications and
standards are met.
6. Report project progress and status to senior management as required, providing updates
on timelines and potential issues.
7. Interpret and analyze construction drawings and plans to ensure accuracy in execution
and compliance with design specifications.

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site engineering, particularly in high-rise RCC
building construction.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, bar bending schedules, and shuttering
methods.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage construction activities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with various stakeholders,
including subcontractors and consultants.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
