Responsibilities:
1. Project Supervision : Oversee building projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design drawings and site conditions.
2. Estimation and Quality Control : Conduct thorough estimate checks and handle large-scale project estimations.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure project standards are met.
3. Drawing and Documentation : Prepare and review as-built drawings. Study and interpret working drawings to guide project execution.
4. Coordination and Communication : Act as a liaison between the construction site and the main office, ensuring clear communication and coordination. Coordinate with various sectors involved in the project, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams.
5. Billing and Documentation : Perform bill checks and prepare accurate estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
6. Client and Contractor Relations : Facilitate and participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements and client expectations are met.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience (5-10 years) in site engineering, specifically within building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in project management, estimation, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in preparation and review of BOQs and estimates.
