Job Description

Job Summary: As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supervising construction projects on-site. Your role will involve ensuring the project progresses on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to interpret designs and ensure their accurate implementation on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources needed, and tasks to be completed.

Monitor progress against the plan, ensuring deadlines are met and addressing any delays or issues that arise.

Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to verify workmanship and materials.

Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to clarify design details and resolve any discrepancies.

Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of milestones.

Maintain accurate records of construction activities and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

Prepare regular progress reports for project managers and other stakeholders.

Monitor project costs and identify areas where savings can be made without compromising quality.

Approve expenditures within the project budget and track expenses.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

Implement measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment for all workers.

Address any unexpected technical or construction challenges that arise during the project.

Propose solutions and oversee their implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1 to 2 Years of experience as a Civil Engineer in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
