Profile - Civil Senior Project Engineer(10+ Years) Job Location - Ahmedabad (Bhuyangdev) Experience in High Rise Residential/Commercial Project is must. Role & Responsibilities 1 Planning and Preparing Execution Schedule and Ensure timely execution of civil construction work at site. (BOQ/BARCHART/BOM/MENPOWER SCHEDULE ETC) 2 Co-ordination with all consultant and various agencies and facilitate them in day to day affairs for plan deliverance of assigned task. 3 Checking of quality parameters and ensure workmanship in respect of structural, civil, electrical, plumbing, finishing and other relevant aspects. 4 To look after manpower arrangement and ensure availability of them as per requirement of schedule. 5 Documentation of plan, drawing, maps and maintains the same for time to time reference. 6 Identification and tie-up with various vendors, suppliers and contractors and preparation of agreement for rate contract for material/equipment and manpower. 7 To ensure inventory of material requires (e.g. Cement, sand, steel, Electrical and plumbing accessories) and plan purchase accordingly. 8 To ensure availability and uninterrupted services of equipments. 9 To control and reconcile resource/material and maintain proper inventory. 10 Checking of invoice of agencies with respect to measurement and quality and certifying for payment advices. 11 Responsible for team performance and training for team. 12 Ensure about & Prepare DPR, WPR & MPR (Progress Report). 14 Ensure safety aspects by adhering prevailing safety norms and ensure proper use of PPEs (Personal Protective equipments) 15 Get daily, weekly and monthly progress report from subordinate & Present Superior Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 55,000.00 - 65,000.00 per month Schedule:
