: Civil Project Manager
Location: Mathura/Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and oversee civil construction projects in Mathura/Vrindavan. The ideal candidate will manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and high-quality outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of civil engineering, construction practices, and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Management:
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, contractors, and workers.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve milestones.
• Construction Oversight:
• Supervise construction activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans to mitigate delays or risks.
• Billing and Cost Management:
• Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee billing processes, including contractor/vendor invoices, work progress certifications, and payment reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of bills to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all billing-related activities.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to align on project goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental guidelines, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and billing documentation.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Experience:
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in civil construction or project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering medium-to-large scale projects.
• Experience in managing project billing and cost control.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and billing processes.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
