• BE Civil/ BTech Civil/ B Arch with 1-3 years experience in managing industrial construction projects.
• The job role involves Project Planning and monitoring of progress, Contract Management, Preparing budgets and tracking the same, Enforcing Quality and Health & Safety standards, Coordination with all Vendors & stakeholders.
• Post-Graduation in Construction Management with strong communication and leadership skills will be an added advantage for the candidate.

Responsibilities


• Project planning and monitoring of progress
• Work closely with the execution team and vendors for implementation of the project
• Ensuring adherence to the processes and SOPs on site
• Understanding the rules and processes of the client site and ensuring adherence
• Ensuring team discipline, productivity, safety standards, and high-quality results
• Coordinating with the client team for project operations
• Enrolling sub-vendors
• Hiring of workers as per project requirement
• Managing resources and tracking daily expenses on site
Qualifications

• BE Civil/ BTech Civil/ B Arch with 1-3 years experience in managing industrial construction projects.
• Post-Graduation in Construction Management with strong communication and leadership skills will be an added advantage for the candidate.
