:
1. Establish Healthy & Good working environment with assist to project manager & site team.
2. Responsible for managing project objectives time, safety & quality during construction stage of respective clients and report to Project Manager.
3. Ensure contractor(s) adhere to all statutory requirements - like safety, environments, health and other bye-laws
4. Establish & Ensure Execution & Quality Checklist system & strictly follow the same prior to commence the any activities
5. Assist PM for Design review, BOQ & specification review, Establishment of Quality & safety management plan, Design hindrances reporting, site photographs, Quality & Safety observation reporting & preparation of Daily, weekly & monthly plan.
6. Prepare value engineering & project learning sheet on monthly basis & submit to Project Manager.
7. Regular inspect quality checking for material, RMC visits, Conduct all day-to-day tests as per quality assurance plan.
8. Coordinate with Client Store manager for material planning & establish chain document system with client store manager for smooth functioning. Maintain stock inspection & invert register.
9. To analyse the possible areas of work that may result in time overrun - suggest slippage recovery plans
10. To maintain strict quality control to avoid reworks.
11. Study of master schedule of respective clients and monitor accordingly.
12. Review and comment on the schedule submitted by contractors and ensure that the same is co-ordinated and tracked.
13. To co-ordinate with consultants for smooth flow of drawings and detail in time.
14. Review the Monthly Invoices of Vendors before final approval by Project Manager.
15. Regularly brief the team to ensure no communication gap. Review and develop action plan to resolve pending issues.
16. Ensure consultant visits for Mock-ups and material approval
17. Inward material verification - ensure conformance to specifications -Recommend to Reject in case of violations etc
18. To ensure quality assurance systems with all contractors and witness and maintain record of results of all statutory tests at site labs / outside labs when needed.
19. To review and recommend the Method Statements, Conduct Periodic Quality audits.
20. Assist Project Manager on the aspects of preparation of Quality, safety, time, scope, change management related documents- before the activity starts
21. Suggest at site level improvement / techniques to achieve a better product in time.
22. Ensure close out documentation & snag list close out handover to clients - technical and commercial.
23. Hold Daily Site meetings (package wise or co-ordinated) with vendors to ensure and review all project issues
24. Reporting to client and inputs to Project Manager
25. Inputs as required on change management for respective areas.
26. Assist PM to Prepare and review Project Schedule with CLIENT and Vendors
27. Coordinate with Client Representatives and Design Consultants to provide drawings and documentation necessary for Approval
28. Assist to PM For finalization of services vendors and BOQ
29. Assist to PM for Conduct periodic Meetings with Design Consultants and Vendors to review outstanding issues and progress per agreed Schedule. Follow-up all pending issues proactively to conclude at the earliest
30. Preparation of Sample board/Samples/Mock up in Co-ordination with the Vendor & Prepare Schedule for pre-approval by CLIENT.
31. Prepare & Update drawing register to obtain drawings/ details / clarifications from Design Consultants / Agencies to ensure smooth progress of works
32. To Review & Comment on the schedule of works received from Contractors.
33. To ensure contractors adhere with all Statutory / safety norms.
34. To ensure contractors adhere with the quality requirement of the project.
35. To inspect & confirm whether the materials used are as per specifications & Approved Quality Control Procedure.
36. To inspect & approve the works executed with regard to the specifications, General Installation Practice & Approved Quality Test Procedures.
37. Ensure smooth coordination of works with all package contractors.
38. To verify the quantities for certification of invoices, RA bills & submit to PM for further action.
39. To Verify & analyse variations raised by vendors, Prepare variation order with justification for Claims.
40. To Co-ordinate in preparing testing & commissioning schedule & to witnessing the same with respect to the Inspection test procedure.
41. To Co-ordinate in preparing a Schedule for handover of packages at least 15 days prior to Completion
42. Circulate, discuss & agree on Handover Schedule with Design Consultants & all vendors.
43. Prepare Photographic Snag Lists for all the work packages in consultation with Design Consultants
44. Co-ordinate in compilation of all Technical (2 sets for Client and 1 set for our records; including Brief Concept Notes, As-built drawings, Operation Manuals, Test Reports etc.)
45. Co-ordinate for feedback from Facility Management Team during completion and handover
46. Review and approval of Project Safety Plan of vendors.
47. Ensuring regulatory compliance to SHE requirements at the site.
48. Ensure and coordinate with Contractor Site Engineers/Supervisor for Safe working Methods.
49. Monitor & ensure the effectiveness of safe systems of work.
50. Ensure Work permit system and adhere for the smooth progress of work.
51. Formulation and preparation of documents on systems and procedures related to SHE.
52. Ensure and providing on going technical, developmental, safety workplace organization training & education regularly.
53. Ensure and develop a periodic & procedure-based safety training on the job.
54. Review and compile the Safety reports to Management through Project Manager.
55. Ensure to alert unsafe working condition to concern vendor/ Engineer.
56. Conduct Safety audit and daily inspection update the records with vendors/contractors' safety performance.
57. Ensure to provide expert advice/ services.
58. Ensure to submit Safety & Quality Observation reports without any delay.
59. Analyses the root cause of Incident / accident reports take preventive action in future.
60. Conduct Participate and give inputs for Internal Site training program on weekly basis for Quality, safety, Time, Cost & project management agenda.
61. Making a commitment to providing & tracking the accomplishment of the developmental activities to the organisation to achieve its dreams and goals.
62. Other than above responsibilities, You are here by directed to obey other all direction given from Project Manager & Core management team on time to time basis.
