Construction IndustryProfile - Planning Cum Estimation EngineerQualification - B.Tech - civilExperience- 6+ yrs in commercial and high rise building projectSalary- Upto - 3.6 LPALocation- MumbaiDevelop detailed project schedules using software like Primavera P6, MS Project, or Excel.Prepare work breakdown structures (WBS) and define project milestones.Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet deadlines.Monitor project progress and update schedules to minimize delays.Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and management to ensure timely execution Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis for project budgeting.Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs based on project specifications.Analyze market rates and prepare cost comparisons for procurement.Identify cost variations, deviations, and additional expenses during project execution.
