Job Description
Responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of civil structures and facilities in the plant under the guidance of Head, Engineering Responsibilities: Plan/consult with management to prepare new project proposals with specifications Prepare the civil engineering department budget for the civil construction activities Hire architects, if required for drawings, designs and statutory certifications Scrutinize survey reports, drawings, blueprints and other topographical data to plan projects Resolve any complaints, issues related to civil engineering in the plant Direct and supervise all civil maintenance activities Procure the plantations, keeping into account their cost-effectiveness and quality Direct the execution of all activities pertaining to landscaping and plantation
