Foreman

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction work, ensuring all activities are performed as per approved plans and schedules.

Allocate tasks to labor teams, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines are met.

Inspect work quality, address site challenges, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers to maintain progress.

Maintain site records, including labor reports and material usage.

Qualification

A high school diploma or GED, or a degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field

Skills

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations : The ability to enforce safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.

• Planning and time management : The ability to plan the timeline, material and labor needs, and other requirements for projects

• Safety focus : A commitment to upholding and enforcing safety standards to protect the workforce.

• Organizational skills : The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
