Profile - Foreman

Qualification - 10th / Diploma - civil / ITI

Salary - Upto 4.2 Lac

Experience - Min. 5+ yrs construction industry (min. 3 yrs. exp. in pre cast)

Location - Bangalore



Team Supervision: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of the production or erection crew, ensuring that tasks are performed correctly and efficiently.

Leadership: Provide leadership and motivation to the team, fostering a productive and positive work environment.

Work Assignment: Assign tasks to workers based on skill levels and project requirements, ensuring optimal use of resources.

Daily Operations: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that precast components are manufactured according to specifications and schedules.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work and materials used in the production process, addressing any issues promptly.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment and machinery are maintained and operated safely and efficiently.

Site Supervision: Supervise the installation of precast components on construction sites, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.

Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries during the erection process.

Coordination: Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and other personnel to facilitate the safe and accurate placement of precast elements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?420,000.00 per year
