Overview
The Civil Foreman is responsible for overseeing construction activities at project sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves supervising the work of construction workers, coordinating tasks, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision and Coordination:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
• Assign tasks to workers and ensure that all work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards.
• Inspect work to ensure adherence to specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
• Identify and rectify any issues or defects in the construction work.
• Safety Management:
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on the construction site.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for workers.
• Ensure that all workers use the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and any issues encountered.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit reports on project status, labor usage, and material consumption.
• Problem-Solving:
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Provide technical guidance and support to workers.
• Implement corrective actions to ensure project goals are achieved.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
