Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the execution of civil engineering projects within government sectors from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of projects.
• Oversee quality control and assurance to meet project specifications and standards set by ISRO, DRDO, refineries, government buildings, and educational institutions.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to government projects.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports tailored for ISRO, DRDO, refineries, government buildings, and educational institutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and government authorities specific to ISRO, DRDO, refineries, government buildings, schools & colleges to address project requirements and approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience of 10-15 years in executing government infrastructure projects, preferably in ISRO, DRDO, refineries, government buildings, and schools & colleges construction.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations within government sectors.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project scheduling software and other relevant tools.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
