Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer and Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage construction activities.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Coordination: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project progress.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, material usage, and labor hours.
• Budget Management: Monitor project costs and ensure they are kept within budget.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with sustainable construction practices and green building standards.
