Qualifications:
- BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in waterproofing supervision.
- In-depth knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, and techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Project Supervision: Oversee the execution of waterproofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Client Interaction: Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, provide expert advice, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory of materials, and ensure timely delivery of resources to the site.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise the work of waterproofing technicians and laborers, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues or defects in waterproofing applications and implement effective solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all waterproofing work meets the required quality standards and industry best practices.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of project budgets and monitor expenses to keep projects within budget.

Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of various waterproofing methods, such as liquid membranes, bituminous coatings, and polyurethane sealants.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail to ensure precision in all aspects of waterproofing work.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges efficiently.

Pay: Up to ?18,000.00 per month
