We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with design and objectives.
• Prepare and review reports, drawings, and documentation related to construction projects.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the construction process.
• Ensure all projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-rise or large-scale real estate projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
