Civil Engineer



We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in overseeing the planning, design, and construction of real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. You will be responsible for managing engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, stay within budget, and adhere to safety regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of civil engineering for real estate projects, including site evaluation, feasibility studies, cost estimation, and resource allocation.

Work with architects and design teams to develop detailed plans for infrastructure, drainage, roads, Electricity, Road, Horticulture and utilities in compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Monitor the construction phase, ensuring timelines are met and that the project adheres to design specifications and safety standards.

Ensure the highest level of quality in construction materials and engineering processes. Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve any technical issues.

Liaise with local authorities to ensure all necessary permits are obtained and all projects comply with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or budget overruns.

Manage the project budget, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Lead and mentor junior engineers, technicians, and project teams, providing guidance and technical expertise.

Serve as the point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and budget.

Implement sustainable design and construction practices to minimize environmental impact and meet green building standards (e.g., LEED certification).

Skills and Requirements

7-8 years of experience in civil engineering in the real estate sector.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Must have experience with large-scale real estate projects (commercial, residential, Farmland, or mixed-use developments).

Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, and project management tools.

In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the real estate industry.

Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and mentor junior engineers.

Strong analytical skills to assess site conditions, develop solutions to complex engineering problems, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to clients and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to thoroughly review and evaluate designs, plans, and specifications.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
