Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Civil Engineer Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Digital Construction tools, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), SketchUp, and STAAD.Pro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing training materials, conducting engaging sessions, and mentoring aspiring civil engineers to enhance their technical skills and industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:
• Conduct interactive training sessions on Digital Construction tools, BIM, GIS, SketchUp, and STAAD.Pro for students and professionals.
• Demonstrate practical applications and real-world use cases of the tools and concepts.
• Curriculum Development:
• Design and update comprehensive training modules and materials tailored to various skill levels.
• Ensure alignment of training content with current industry standards and advancements.
• Mentorship and Support:
• Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees, addressing their technical queries and challenges.
• Evaluate trainees' progress through assessments, projects, and assignments.
• Industry Insights:
• Stay updated on the latest trends in civil engineering technologies and methodologies.
• Incorporate industry insights and best practices into training sessions.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the training team to improve course content and delivery methods.
• Coordinate with organizations and institutions for workshops and seminars.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in Digital Construction, BIM, GIS, SketchUp, and STAAD.Pro.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and their practical applications.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding.
• Prior experience in teaching or training is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Revit) or GIS (e.g., ArcGIS).
• Familiarity with other design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla, or ETABS).
• Experience conducting workshops or webinars for civil engineering professionals.
