Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control processes during construction.
Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
Contractor and Vendor Management: Select and manage contractors and subcontractors.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation.
Prepare regular progress reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in civil engineering and construction management..
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
