We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team, specializing in road and highway projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects related to roadways and highways, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in all aspects of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and supervise the construction of road and highway projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
• Perform site surveys and assessments to gather data for project planning.
• Prepare detailed drawings, designs, and construction plans using CAD software.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Collaborate with contractors, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure that safety standards are adhered to on-site.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for project progress and status updates.
• Address any design, technical, or construction issues that arise during project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master Degree or relevant certification can be advantageous.
• 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in road and highway projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, road design standards, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
