: Civil Engineer (Site - Kochi, Kerala)

Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience: Minimum 3 years to 8 years (Freshers are also welcome to apply)

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is executed as per design and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to timelines.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all materials and construction processes meet quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and resolve issues related to quality and safety.

Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and laborers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers to address site challenges promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain records of site progress, daily reports, and material usage.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status.

Safety Compliance:

• Ensure safety protocols are followed at the construction site.
• Address and mitigate potential risks during construction activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision and construction (freshers with strong academic background are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
• Preferred: Tamil Nadu candidates for effective team collaboration.
