Linga Architech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

About the Role:

As a Civil Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in the success of our construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all site activities, including excavation, foundation work, structural erection, and finishing work.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and codes.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Identify and resolve any potential problems or delays.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
